    • Shopping list

    • Site visit included within 1 mile of Pickering, or online consultation

    • One round of revisions included

    • Designs delivered within 4 weeks of booking

  • Offer Availability

This offer is limited to 5 garden designs.

Bookings must be made on or before 31st July 2026. Once 5 bookings are taken, or the date passes, the offer will close, whichever comes first.

This is an introductory rate offered while building a portfolio and may not be repeated.

If all 5 spaces are filled before 31st July, a waitlist will be kept. Should a space become available, waitlisted clients will be offered it on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Scope of Service

This offer covers planting design only, for one continuous garden or border up to 5m x 10m.

Existing hard landscaping (paving, walls, structures, paths, etc.) is retained as-is. No design input is provided on hard landscaping.

A site visit is included within 1 mile of Pickering. Outside this radius, consultations are carried out online via video call and/or photos.

This offer is open to clients within the UK only, as plant recommendations are based on UK growing conditions and availability.

Following the initial consultation or site visit, we reserve the right to decline or requote a project if the brief involves circumstances beyond the scope of this offer (for example, significant soil issues, contamination, or specialist requirements).

    What's Included

A bespoke planting plan, provided as a PDF.

A full plant palette (typically including around 8 to 15 plant varieties, depending on the size and style of the space).

A care guide for the chosen plants.

A shopping list for sourcing plants.

One round of revisions (see below).

    Process and Turnaround

Designs will be delivered within 4 weeks of (changed) receipt of full payment and all required site information from the client.

The client agrees to provide accurate measurements, photos, and site information (such as aspect, sunlight, and soil type if known) by an agreed date. Delays in providing this information may delay the 4-week turnaround.

For site visits, the client must provide safe and reasonable access to the garden.

If we are unable to complete a design within the agreed timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a revised delivery date or a full refund.

    Revisions

One round of revisions is included, to be requested within 14 days of the design being delivered.

Revision requests should be submitted as a single, consolidated list of changes (in writing or via a single conversation) rather than multiple separate rounds of feedback.

Revisions are limited to plant choice and layout adjustments within the original brief. A change of brief (for example, a different style or a different area of the garden) will be treated as a new project and quoted separately.

Any further revisions beyond the included round will be charged at an hourly rate, to be agreed in advance.

    Payment

Payment of £200 is due upfront, by bank transfer, to secure your booking.

Once design work has commenced, the fee is non-refundable, except where we are unable to deliver as set out above.

    Plants and Aftercare

Plant choices, availability, and pricing reflected in the shopping list are based on information available at the time the design is created. Final sourcing, purchasing, and planting are the responsibility of the client.

While a care guide is provided, no guarantee can be given regarding plant survival, as this depends on factors including aftercare, weather conditions, soil, and pests.

    Use of the Design

The completed plan is provided for the client's personal use in their own garden and is not to be resold, shared, or used commercially without prior agreement. This does not prevent the client from sharing the plan with a contractor or gardener engaged to carry out the planting on their behalf.

If the client agrees to let us take photographs of the planted garden, we may use these for portfolio and social media purposes. Where any identifying features are included, we would always seek the client's permission beforehand.

We reserve the right to use the planting plans and any documents relating to the design for portfolio and social media purposes.
